MP S.p.a., as data controller, hereby informs you that, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 concerning the personal data protection (hereinafter Regulation), for the  establishment and execution of the current contractual relationships is in possession or may subsequently become aware of information related to you.

 

1.Categories of processed data

The following personal data may be processed: identification and personal data, fiscal data, contact details, bank details and other administrative or commercial data necessary for the purposes indicated below.

 

2.Purposes of data processing

The data will be processed for the following purposes: fulfillment of the legal obligations and execution of the agreement of which you are a part, fulfillment of obligations towards the State  financial administration, accounting and administrative management, management of existing business relationships and possible contentious . Furthermore, the data, subject to your authorization, can be used for the creation of an access account to our B2B portal in order to be able to order our products directly online.

 

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing is constituted by the execution of the agreement and by the necessity to fulfill the obligations required by the regulations in force.

 

4. Underwriting

The provision of the requested information is mandatory to fulfill the legal and contractual obligations, therefore any refusal to provide such information will make it impossible for the undersigned to execute  the contract or to perform correctly all the obligations required by the purposes described in section 2.

 

5.Data retention

The data will be kept for a period of time necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and in any case not beyond the period set by specific legal obligations.

 

6.Recipients of personal data

The data will be processed by persons authorized , appropriately instructed and operating under the authority and responsibility of  Data Controller . Some of the information may be shared with the following subjects:

 

· Public institutions (Italian Revenue Agency, tax offices, etc.);

 

· Law or consulting firms to whom the Company has given a specific mandate;

 

· Computer assistance and maintenance company or IT storage system providers;

 

· Other subjects or companies that carry out activities instrumental to the purposes indicated above.

7. Rights of the person concerned

We also inform you that, with regard to the data themselves, you can exercise at any time the rights provided for in Chapter III of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to request to Data Controller access to your data, their correction or cancellation, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of processing; to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to object in full or in part to the use of data, as well as to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable law. Such rights can be exercised by writing to the address listed below or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: privacy@mp-spa.com.

 

Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority in case you consider that the treatment violates the aforementioned Regulation.

You can ask to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format as well as, if technically possible, to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance if there are the conditions for the exercise of the right to portability contemplated in art. 20 of the GDPR (e.g., the processing is based on consent pursuant to art. 6.1 lett. a) or art. 9.2, lett. a) or on contract pursuant to art. 6.1, lett. b) of the GDPR and is carried out with automated means). You can at any time withdraw the consent given for the purposes described above and object to the processing, in whole or in part, in the cases allowed; you can lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority and exercise all the other rights recognized by the applicable discipline (art. 16-21 GDPR).
